Salt Plage Beach Bar and Restaurant is set right on edge of a white sandy beach just a few steps from the turquoise Caribbean Sea on Dickenson Bay. Whether for a relaxing drink or an informal bite to eat the atmosphere at Salt Plage is the perfect combination of tranquility and vibrancy, fun and romance

During the day, we welcome you for breakfast from 8.30 am. You can then take a swim and sunbathe on one of our beach loungers before enjoying a superb lunch of freshly caught fish. Daytime at Salt Plage is very casual – you can wear your bikini in the bar.

With a spectacular view of the Caribbean sunset every night, Salt Plage is the ideal place for a sundowner at the bar followed by a delicious dinner. At night we transform into a magical, candle-lit restaurant offering the most romantic setting for dinner on the island.

Our menus have something to suit every taste, from our Thermidor or Grilled Lobster with a tantalizing Garlic-Herb Butter Sauce, to our famous Crab Cakes topped with Pico de Gallo and fresh Passionfruit Beurre Blanc. Many of our dishes incorporate an island-fusion take, such as our delectable Caribbean Curry Shrimp and Fried Okra Tempura. We pride ourselves in sourcing the highest quality, freshest ingredients on the island. Salt Plage is also known for its fun, vibrant Signature Cocktail List and  sophisticated, elegant Wine List. Each of our expert bartenders have incorporated noteworthy drinks of their own into the Signature Cocktail List, such as the renowned Blue Coconut or notorious Naked & Alone!  Our Wine List, on the other hand, has been formulated and is regularly reviewed via one of the island’s top French sommeliers.”

Most of our ‘regulars’ have been coming to the bar and restaurant for many years, whether they live around the corner or on the other side of the world. But everyone is given the same friendly welcome by our staff, who pride themselves in attention to detail and creating the special atmosphere that is uniquely Salt Plage.

In addition to Salt Plage, there are several other restaurants in close proximity to the hotel, so you have a wide variety of choices when it comes to dining.
